My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the city, Mother Armenia, and Mount Ararat. The service was top-notch, especially from Nazek & Ando at the Reception counter. While the location was calm and beautiful, it wasn't the most convenient for taxi drivers. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of dishes, and the facilities were excellent.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but I was surprised that they were not tidied up daily for a standard room. Despite that, the overall quality was good. The service was excellent, especially with the pool being kept clean and the staff being helpful and cooperative. However, there was a slight inconvenience when the staff entered our room without permission. The location was convenient for sightseeing being close to Haghtanagi Ayki and even within walking distance of Kaskad, but a bit far from the center requiring a 15-minute taxi ride. The dining options were decent with tasty salads, although I had to prompt the staff to prepare breakfast. Overall, the facilities were up to par and provided a satisfactory stay.
